  • Exhaust HELP!

Hi guys, well after having my Hilux surf sorted out its cost me a bomb and today i heard a slight blowing noise...yep there is a hole in the 2nd part of the exhaust (the flexi pipe section) and this small hole is where it joins to the silencer part...the silencer is piratically newish so thats ok...however I'm absolutely skint and can not afford to spend any more on the old girl, so is there a cheap way i could sort this out (£67 for flexi pipe if i order it plus labor i can not afford at the moment) Could i get away with wrapping that exhaust repair kit around it? If so what is the best kit to get and will this be a repair that will last until i get myself on my feet!

Oh the hole is right near the join i think near the sealing ring or that bracket that joins them at the silencer end......Thanks guys for any help!

Exhaust parts here, including flex joints.

I haven't got a 3.0 here to measure the flex pipe length or diameter, but these are much cheaper than what you've been quoted.
