  • idle problem

for some reason when pulling up to junctions etc i dip the clutch and the engine is either going to very low revs (-500) and trys to cut out. or it just cuts out.
changed the fuel filter, air filter, also did oil and filter change, and fuel treatment, but has made no difference.
    any1 got any ideas
    thanks

quick fix, stick the air-con on, it will pick the revs up a bit until someone comes along with a better answer.

the air con has been on the whole time lol, if i turn it off the screen tends to mist up in this crappy weather.

Check the vacuum hoses around the throttle flap, then try pulling the fault codes, the RPM sensor could be faulty, or throttle position sensor could be stuffed or badly adjusted.
