Just thought this might be useful facts when using bio.
Firstly after stripping down, for cleaning the injector pump, before you try to run the beast make sure you have fully charged batteries.
It will take TWO charges of TWO batteries especially in cold weather before you will get any fuel out of the injector pipes. No fuel out means no firing.
You may think the pump is knacked and this fact could cause you to take the pump out numerous times to check and re-clean it or worse.. buy another one.... trust me.
The other point, CHICKEN Skin really does exist, if you use a copper conduit type of fuel heater you must fit a large inline plastic fuel filter as large as you can lay your hands on, in the pipe just before the injector pump. Not metal as this will cool your oil again.
Chicken Skin (the reaction between Veggie/Bio on copper) will block your IP sure as eggs is eggs, no matter how fine you filter it.
It is better to get a stainless steel one if you can afford it but I would still fit a filter.
John
UPDATE!!!
Forget the inline paper filter, mine lasted approx a week then got sucked up like the widemouth frog resulting in no power.
I have now removed it and the copper fuel heater while I locate a stainless steel fuel heater.
