Help Lumpy KZN130

Hi

I have a KZN130 whilst cruising at 6o yesterday the engine lost power, sounds lumpy on tick over as if timing is out at makes clattering sound from back of engine and the oil pressure is low.

Any suggestions????

Change the oil, oil filter and fuel filter. See if it helps.
