cooling problem revisted

took truck to rad man said rad busted need new one heavy duty
3core what ever that means. going to cost about 250 including fitting do
you thing this will finally end this nigtmare or should sell the truck and get something with a bit more power to tow with eg landcruiser

Like i said earlier i have towed 3t and just over with my 3.0l without any probs.I will be fitting a external oil cooler aswell soon just to assist with keeping the truck a bit cooler.Fingers crossed i haven't done any damage to my engine by having the temp in the red twice and the atf warning light on.
I think the £250 may be a bit over the top tho for buy and fit of the rad.You can get a decent rad from www.roughtrax4x4.com

but saying that i have just looked at the price on the website and £250 fitted isn't going to be to bad unless you can fit it yourself
