1998 3.0 surf.

hi i,m thinking of buying the above can anyone tell me what i should look out for.the head was replaced last november and there is about 110000 miles on the clock.all in all the surf is in fairly good nick what sort off money is it worth,the guy wants 2100 for it.
any advice appreciated,thanks

If you are confident its in decent nick, then I would say thats a very decent price. In fact at that price I would be prepared buy it and then bung a few quid at it to get it up to "top class"

I would also make sure it is deffo a 3rd gen and not 2nd gen as there have been mistakes made where someone has advertised a 3rd gen but its actually a 2nd gen.

What stormy said.......make sure it was made in 1998 and not imported/registered over here in 1998.
