Hi guys, I have a 1996 KZN185 3.0 ltr Auto with only 55,000 miles on it. It won't start. The problem is that on turning the ignition key I don't even get a click from the starter motor. I know a little about starters and understand that the click is caused by the electromagnet in the solenoid operating and throwing the bendix along the armature and into the ringear of the flywheel while simultaneously closing the main contacts in the solenoid cap to spin the armature.
Is there a simple reason that the solenoid will not operate that I should eliminate first (relay etc)?
Thanks for any help.
