I've replaced a weeping Radiator on my KZN185 3.0 TD Surf.
I tried to get it repaired (Wessex Radiators) but the leak is at the rectangular shaped O-ring that seals the plastic bottom with the aluminium core and it is unrepairable.
However I've heard that some people think the radiator is fatigued and have replaced it only to find that the head has gone.
This Rad would allow you to test that theory before buying a new radiator. It's off a 200K km 1998 model.
If you want it for free, I'm north of Southampton, and regularily travel to Midhurst in West Sussex for a drop off.
The new Rad I fitted was from SlickParts 0161 628 5000 for £150 delivered with a 12 month warranty. The guy Wayne was pretty clued up on Surfs and used to import them 10 years ago.
