Can anyone supply me with the full sequence of events after pressing the 4wd button. One way or another I have managed to verify that most of the components work:
1) ADD removed and VSV hoses reversed - ADD operates, VSV hoses good
2) New temperature sensor fitted on diff.
3) 4wd switch on transfer stick tested for continuity
4) Transfer case 4wd switch manually operated - ADD relay and VSV's work (4wd light on dash comes on).
5) 4wd select motor on transfer case removed and cleaned - motor works when connected direct to 12v supply.
6) With select motor fitted to t-case - motor does not turn even with cog/gears removed to 2/4wd select shaft (one going into t-case)
The only part I can't test is the 4wd ECU, so presuming this is at fault - any ideas welcome.
