Strange Sucking Noise!

G'day Guys,
All of a sudden today after a 20 mile drive, parked up then drove away, when accelerating I get a loud sucking type noise from under the bonnet.
When I lift off the noise stops, I have had a look but cannot find any pipes off.
Any ideas?

Might be a split in the hose from the air filter

Sure its not a blowing squealing type sound - lol
mine is doing that and I think its an exhaust manifold to head blow by the multi layered steel gasket.
Thats the only thing the toyota dealer highlighted when they did the recall on the steering. Oh and the screw in each tyre. Make sure I never drop one yet picked up everyone elses.

I have found the problem!
I fitted a Oil Catch Can between the rockercover breather pipe and the
turbo, and the bottom of the can fell off!!
So the sound was air being sucked into the turbo.
Another quality product off Ebay!

thismight sound a little daft but mine has a very loud sucking noise under acceleration, i assumed this was just induction roar?
sould i be having a check about then?
