Coolant and Radiator

Hello Everyone, Sorry for more qeustions again, I have trawled the threads but still cant seem to find my awnser.
My Surf is going for a check for an air lock on Tuesday, under the warranty,, see [Hot Radiator] in this forum.
It has just had a new rad fitted, not sure if they have put coolant in it, so plan to take some with me.
My qeustion is what type of coolant should I buy, and how much,
can I buy it from any car shop, how much does it cost etc.

A few sites on the net and a few threads in here refer to Toyota's own red coloured coolant. I think its about £15.00 per can from the dealers. I think they also do a green version which doesnt seem to be associated with Surfs.

An easy job might be to walk in and ask for coolant for a 4-Runner?
