Front trim and dash questions.

hi

i got my surf a few weeks ago. im trying to sort out the little problems with it at the mo.

first is the trim on the front bar. as you can see in the pic, the bit in the middle has gone all manky and i need a new one. are the any 3rd gens being broken at the mo? preferable in the same colour. also is it possible just to replace the silver bit on its own?

also one of the bulbs in the heater control dispay has gone. ive bought some new bulbs but i need to know how to get the heater unit out so i can change them. i dont really want to start tugging at it untill it breaks.

any help would be great
