I know, Ive bored the hell out of you with this but.
I think Ihave solved the over heating. Drilled the first viscous and fixed so permanently on took the caravan out for a run the temp didn't go above half way.
So got to get a new viscous coupling before Friday as were on our way to Cornwall and its the Surfs big outing.
