  • My first Surf

    A huge Hi to all the other forum members.
    I've been a Surf owner for 4 days now and I'm loving it, expect a load of questions over the next few months.
    Here is the link to my new baby I'd welcome your opinions and comments;
    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...MEWN:IT&ih=020

    The first question is what do these buttons do on the right hand side below the steering wheel. Nothing happens when I press any of them and it will be another week before I can get my hands on an English user manual.

    I need to fit a towbar are there any problems I should be looking out for?

    If anyone is near by and wants to have a quick check out then please PM me

    Welcome onboard dude, the one on the top right is the rear window switch, the idle up button increases the idle speed when in neutral and the non standard one is prob for the rear fog light. Because it's an import they don't have fog lights as standard. Nice truck and loads of potential..

          Nice colour, nice motor, a wise choice, its almost perfect, just needs an auto box and an intercooler and it would be. Welcome aboard

          PS. What do you do for a living ?? Not a hairdresser by any chance ?

                    Of the three switches the rear fogs work
                    There is nothing from the "idle up"
                    The tail window switch isn't working, all the other window switches work and the tail window does work on the key but very slowly.

                    Also discovered that the big front spots on the front bars aren't connected up
