Steering wobble @ 50 mph ???

Right o guys,

got me some newish tyres the other day, put em on, didnt balance.

Now got me a steering sideways wobble - steering wheel goes side to side 1 cm quite quick (in time with wheels). It passes at 60 and gone at 70 or below 45.

Any ideas ? is it worth balancing them ?

Yes get em balanced. If it isn't that then get the tyres checked for being out of shape.

Tyres

Hi Ron told you to buy the ones that where already on wheels and balanced. Naa jokes apart make sure the tyres are on right. dont forget they are directional tyres.
