    hi there

is £40 quid a good price for a pair of rear shocks (used) from the local skrapyards? and how do i tell the difference between the electronic ones from the non electronic ones? are they easy to fit and also is there a quick link cos i dont seem to have any luck in finding diagrams on how to change these.

    much appreciated

    mr angry grrrrrrrrrr!

p.s why wont it let me send a private message to any1?

The elec ones have a connection on the top, changing them is pretty straight forward, just jack up rear, remove wheels, unbolt old shocks and replace with new ones.

£40 is a good price for 2 shocks as long as they are good.
The electric ones have a solenoid on the top of them
they are easy to fit but fiddly as you need to reach over the chasis to undo them.
