Please help!! - advise on looking for a surf????

Would really ike some advise on a suf I have just seen.

It is in immaculate condition (well appears to be anyway - we are not mechanics!). It is quiet (for a diesel!) Has 52,000 miles on clock. V good condition inside and out - looks new underneath as does engine!

Faults that we can see - one warped wind deflector, driver's side mirror v noisy on operation, also loud metal on metal noise when on full lock but I understand this (from this forum) is because the locking nut needs greasing??

So all looks fairly good but it is going for £5,000 which despite good condition sems a bit over priced. What do you think?? Link below...

Its the BUMP STOPS they need Greasing NO BIG DEAL
