Bluddy hell that was hard work tried the bash in between the wheel studs...no chance...hour per wheel and not a budge on any of them....resorted to BFI in the end still took from 6pm to 9.30

so every one of them's knackered

Where can I get some from ?...and roughly how much are they......why do I suspect they are not cheap !

Not sure but they just would not budge

      tried

      WD40
      Plusgas
      Silocoln Spray
      Claw hammer
      2lb Lump
      4lb Club
      Heat
      parrallel Punch
      Cold chisel

in the end I had to tap each one round with a cold chisel while mate smacked hell out of the flange

Need to get it sorted other wise I'll be pushing the caravan to north Wales next weekend

You need to make a CONE WASHER REMOVAL TOOL. Take a small, robust screwdriver, sharpen the point to a gradually tapered square shape on a grinding wheel. The point is then inserted in the split part and tapped down with a hammer till the cone washer pings out. WD40 helps- no brute force should be used.

I tried a similar idea with a old terminal screwdriver, not only did they not move, but I bent the driver ( proper one to not a market special)

perhap mine were just stuck !....might have been me though
