Boiling over. Help please.

Probably my rad.

Had the same problem, changed the filler cap on the thermostat housing but still no joy. then flushed the rad again and seems ok, gave it a real good blast on the motorway. think its fixed but its blocking quite often so either needs a new rad or theres some crap leaking in through a craked head or something.
All the previous threads were really helpful, thanks guys - seved me loads of dosh.

Take it back to the guy who changed the head. get him to test it. If the head has failed then he needs to replace it.
