Handbrake light flashing on?

I have recently brought my frist Hilux Surf, it a 3lt Turbo Diesel Auto, It been great so far but there is one thing that is a little puzzeling?
When ever I pull away fairly hard, the handbrake light flashes on for a few seconds then goes again off once I let off a little. It happens more when it is cold as well.

Any one got any ideas what this could be, or why its happening?

Check your brake fluid level.

dont mistake this light as a handbrake light fair point it comes on with the hand brake on but it also warns you other fuild levels and in some newer surfs pad thickness check fuild level and all cylinders and pipes for leaks

Check your brake fluid level.

If it's full and the light still comes on give the fluid level sensor in the brake fluid reservoir a sharp tap- as sometimes they can stick.
