What truck have you got. Sounds like the master cylender. I think there was was a post a week or so ago about the same thing. Oh and welcome. It would be an idea to put up your truck details so we can help a bit mote.

I Just Solved The Same Problem On My Truck Just This Week Before You Start To Take Master Cylinder Out .take Off Back Drums And Check Wheel Cylinders Are Not Leaking, Check There Is No Play On Front Wheel Bearings, Bleed The Whole System Starting At The Compensator (above Back Axel On Chassis Cross Member)if You Are Happy There Are No Leaks Burst Pipes Or Weak Flexy Pipes Then It Prob Is Your Master Cylinder Which Seems To Be A Main Dealer Part They Quoted Me £204 Plus Vat New Or £71 For Rebuild Kit I Got One From Ebay For 40 Was A Risk But It Payed Off
