Auto Box and PAS query

Can anyone shed some light on a couple of issues please. I about to do a gearbox oil change and can anyone tell me what oil and how much please.

Also, I have started to loose PAS fluid. are there any common faults that may cause this?

And sounds like you have a leaking pas box/pump .Look at the end on the steeing column and see if the box is covered in oil

On the 1KZT/E's its more likely to be leaking out the back of the PAS pump, have a squint behind the passenger side front wheel, in front of the engine mount, under the fuel pump is the PAS pump, see if its damp around the back.

Otherwise its the box like Woodsie said.

You can buy seal kits for both.

Try http://www.hiluxsurf.co.uk/forums/sh...servicing+info too. GL4 or 75W-90, and the info says 3.0l. (Mine took just less than that, and I'd drained it pretty well. Only a medium sized mess!) Mine's manual, and its was an easy job.
