I have noticed that the 1993 KZN130 that I bought recently, for my wife, seems to be weeping/breathing oil from the lower joint of the throttle body and from the throttle valve spindle. My own 1995 KZN130 is dry as a bone at these locations.
Wondered if anyone knows why it is doing this?
When I picked the vehicle up from Blanford Forum the engine oil level was a little high. When I followed my wife home to Cornwall I did notice black smoke from the exhaust when it was under load.
I have recently changed the oil, oil filter and fuel filter and found the air filter was way over due for renewal. I'm wondering if the blocked air filter and slightly over full engine oil could cause the throttle body leakage and black smoke.
