    right autolink have sent me new discs for my 96 surf how easy are they to fit. do you have to remove the bearing or do they slide over as normal thanks mark

    You have ot remove the Whole Rotor i would imagine, if its the same as mine. Then unbolt the old one which may be hard work and then bolt on the new one.
    Hope that helped a bit!

      As far as I can remember, you must remove the caliper to fit the disc. They just sit right on.

        what about the cone washer thing, or is that just for a hub.

            Its not to bad a job (apparently) yes cone washers need to be removed
            and a larger hammer to get the lug bolts out to seperate the disc from
            the hub.
