creeking front suspension

ok guys on going quickish over speed humps my front suspension creeks really bad , its set to norm when it creeks , on hard its alot better and quieter. is this common , it sounds to me like the struts are dry ??? any ideas or is it normal .

Its could be a number of things, normally the front suspension bushes, but could be the anti roll bar bushes, torsion bars or shocks like you said.

I'd unbolt a front shock from the lower wishbone to stop it moving, then bounce it up and down and try to listen to where its coming from.
