rattly noise

I,ve got a rattly noise from the head...ish area from startup till a little warmer ????then it goes away ... has anyone experenced a similar thin and what was it .............go gentle on me i,m fragile after last weekend

As you cannot exactly pinpoint the source/ say "then it goes away", dont know what you'll achieve by spannerwork, is it low on oil or due a change...Five thousand is top whack between oil changes and it is getting warmer (ambient temp) whether you believe it or not in uk at present time..

done an oil change and the rattly noise has gone must have been a bit gloopy and not getting to the top of the engine quick enough
