3rd Gen Lift Kit

Can anyone give me a lowdown or link to what tools required to fit a 2" suspension lift kit to a 3rd Gen (sky hooks for ther rear end??)
Seen the one sold by LA Supertrux, assume this is fine as its cheaper then the Roughtrax one..any comments?
