Thought I had a oil leak somewhere or knackered something on the front left 'half-shaft'...but found out that the Oil filter had loosened up and around the filter is the catch area with a draining pipe..this pipe was directly above the half-shaft and hence under pressure the oil was draining slightly - not enough to notice on pressure gauge or dipstick...
Cleaned off the half-shaft and everything seems to be okay!
