can someone post whether having play in the output flange of the front diff of a kzn130 is normal . have recieved a second hand one but exhibits play too . BUT have removed cover and crown and pinion perfect . have pulled drive shaft and bearing has not worn to the extent that the rollers fall out the cage and it still feels fine . it is carried on a long needle roller bearing . surface of drive shaft still ok . so have i worried over nothing .
looks like a prolonged bout of paranoia brought on by the thought of having to get in parts before the christmas shut down has left me looking pretty stupid . and the cv noise that brought all this on could just be dry steering stops . DDDDOOOOHHHHHHH

Thats about it, if its not leaking diff oil, its OK.
