quick tyre question from a surfin doughnut.

guys, i know this tyre thing has been done, and answered to death. surely every avenue and option has by now been explored? well,i've had a really long and frustrating night searching threads in order to spare myself the guilt of once again abusing your willingless to aid the hard of thinking such as myself.

my friend runs kuhmo mud terrains on his pick-up..they look nice, really nice, and it was reassuring to see on this website, that in general it is a well respected tyre..so, you'd think it was relitively easy to get a set for my truck wouldn't you? now, maybe i've spent more time on the net than ringing around for this item, but to date, my supplier has only managed to source 31x11:50x15's. "11.50's, whats one of them" i exclaim! only to be told, essentially its the same, just a little bigger, which to me, isn't quite the same.

thing is guys, i promised this fella i'd ring him tomorrow by 11 am..that was yesterday. i really thought i could sort it with research, and i've failed..its now approaching 10 am and i'm a broken man..guys, in all humility..will those tyres fit my surf?

You would be replacing 10 and a half inches width with 11 and a half inches so there shouldnt be any problems with that. My only concern would be with replacements as that seems an odd size........
15/265/70 should fit those rims........and be easier to source

you are right..i've been rushing through some catalogues, and the 11.50 isn't something that has a wide availability..cooper do one in that size, but thats all i've found..i'm not going to go down that road mate, i can see i've just been in a frenzy, i need to take some deep breaths..thanks for your help anyway, appreciate it
