Hi Tony, dont go off in a huff, we still loves yer ........and I have made a note of instruction 2 for my 2nd gen, Sounds a bit like the bearing adjustment for the axles I use 'ensure there is end float on the hub'.......... Q, how much?

guess the truck ones should read.. ensure there is no end float...........
Or hammer the nut (AROUND) with a screwdriver till the disc has no wobble, but spins OK, put on lock nut and tighten the same way, fold over lock washer and go down the pub.
My kind of mechanics- I used a centre punch rather than a screwdriver! It passed the MOT okay though. They say you can fix these cars with a hammer- 'they' are not joking.
