Help needed-replacing rear springs+bushes

Hi,
I am about to have the rear springs replaced on my 3.0 Surf as the arse sags like Vanessa Feltzs. I have purchased 20% uprated springs from milners, judging by opinion here they seem to be the ones to go for.
What I was wondering (finally getting to the point) is which bushes to replace at the same time. I've been told that the rubber bushes will likely be knackered, i just don't have a clue what to order!

You need the rear, anti-roll bar bushes and the anti-roll bar link bushes.

Milner springs won't give you any extra lift, I prefer +2" HD coils to make the rear a little more 'pert' and give better clearance for the rear bumper when offroading.

Thanks for the quick replies, I can get those ordered up now. I'm not after any extra lift for the rear, just bringing the arse back to the height I imagine it was when new! Looks like the previous owner must have been carrying some pretty heavy kit.
