Auxillary Coolant Temperature Guage

I remember reading a thread a few weeks back where someone on here had fitted an additional coolant temperature guage but despite trawling the treads and using search I can't find it. Can anyone remember who fitted this, as I want to do the same but I'm not sure how to wire up the sensor to the guage or whether a separate sensor was fitted as well as the OEM sensor.

Anyone help?
