Hi all, I’m hoping someone more savvy can help me figure out what’s going on with my rig. It was running great after I replaced the injectors and did some maintenance. Then one day after work I parked it (no issues) then went to fire it up in the morning but it just cranked and wouldn’t fire.
I checked all the fuses and relays that I could find, including under the glove box. Everything seems fine. Applied 12v to the spill control valve and it was clicking. Can’t find the scv relay that is referred to.
Cracked the injector line and fuel sprayed as I cranked. So fuel is getting to the engine it seems. It has to be a sensor or something preventing ignition. I hope it’s not the ECU. Opened it and didn’t see anything obvious.
I ran a dtc and it pulled up a dtc code of 63 which I believe is the sensor 1 and 2 circuit but I don’t know what that is referring to. Working with a 1999 Kzte manual so not everything is exact so I’m hoping some of y’all may have a better idea on what’s going on. Thanks in advance.
