1995 KZN 130 will start but not rev up. It was laid up for a while with the batteries disconnected waiting for me to fix the starter. New batteries fitted along with repaired starter,fired it up---runs rough,smokey and won't rev. Had to move it a few yards, very slow painful process. I have the Toyota OBD 1 diagnostics lead to fit my Sealey scanner and the scanner doesn't even illuminate-----possible ECU problem? (There is no fuel filter problem or fuel flow problem from the filter,also the nylon filter inside the injector pump has been cleaned and the system bled.) ??????
