Should I replace my Pistons at the Same time as my Rings?

Hi everyone, I currently rebuilding parts of my 1kz-te diesel engine with 220K km on it, in my Hilux surf and I have to replace the rings on my pistons because a couple are bad!

Should I replace just the ring or should I replace the pistons and the rings at the same time? There is only a $150 different in price, so cost is not a factor here.

you are in Canada, if its not much difference i would change them too
