injection pump help

I am a US citizen and live in Japan, I drive an 88 Hilux with the 3 litre non-turbo diesel. My truck has recently started leaking fuel. I have been told it is the injection pump. Can you tell me approximately how much, in US $ if possible a new or reconditioned one would cost.

Also, does anyone know if the pump off of a 2.4 diesel would work?

Thanks, I looked at this link, but it doesnt answer the question about the 2.4 TD pump working on a 3.0 NA motor. There are lots of 2.4's here, but not alot of the 3.0 for parts.

I think but I could be wrong here that the pump should fit from a 2L or a 2LT engine. The block and ancillaries are basically the same as far as I can see from the Max Ellery manual. You won't be able to use one from a 2LTE engine however as they are completely different.

I check on the EPC and see if they are the same part number.
