anyone out there got an engine for a 2.4td ssr x surf,as i think mines
shot due to lack of oil .

sorry top hear about your poss engine fault not heard of any problems in that area but then again any engine could and would die if it was lacking oil i have done this my self with a works vehicle. is there anybody down your way that could give you a second opinion.......do a search on here i seen a thread with a number for a company what i think is called dial apart maybe they can source 1 for you.........
