Misfire problem at start up

      When I put mine back together I made a rookie mistake that caused the same symptoms as in your first clip. I failed to notice there was already a seating washer in each injector hole and put a second one in each. It started smoky, the smoke cleared as it warmed up and then it gradually died over the next few minutes until it wouldn't run at all. While it was dying, it ran just like in your first video.

      When I finally realised what I had done wrong, I refitted the injectors correctly with new washers and it starts and runs fine. I have unburnt diesel smoke and lumpy running for the first 10 seconds or so but I think that is one of the glow plugs.

      I don't see that this would be your problem but it might offer a hint to someone more knowledgeable.
