  • New head fitted,problems over!!or not????

Hi surfers!! Great site, learn't a load of stuff from all you guys already.(only a surfer for 2 months and got a new head already!!!!!)welcome to the joys of the 2.4!!!
now another problem screeching under acceleration(same as if fan belt needed adjusting-but that has been checked!)could it be the auto-box or maybe the turbo on it's way out???? turbo light seems to be staying on for longer and more frequently when cruising on motorway than it used to ?????
any experiences in this area?? anything would be really appreciated.

Strangely enough, since the rebuild my turbo light hasn't come on at all! Comes on when I switch on the ignition but not when the engine is running. To save time and energy is there a simple connection the garage could have missed? (Sorry JAMESADI to hijack your post, it just prompted me when I read yours)

The pub sounds good, are you in a part of Wales with "flexible" opening hours?
