Cooling Problems

Hi All
Just bought a 1990 2.4 TD , I see a lot of people have problems with overheating. Is this a common problem with 2.4s I notice that mine has manualy controlled electric fan fitted. I'm watching the temp guage like a hawk, but so far seems ok. even when stuck in traffic.

Sounds like it might already have been sorted by a previous owner.
