starting problems

Started the truck up after a a couple weeks of it standing idle. Had to give it a jump start and left it to run for about 5 minutes. Then it just stopped and died! Went to start up again and all it does is make lots of clicking sounds and the turbo light flashes.
Any suggestions?

Battery/ies not holding charge or alternator not charging them when engine is running.

Cheers vince. Was thinking it's relays, as that was where clicking sound was coming from.

Check the battery voltage, seperate them first if you have two batteries.

The clicking sound is usually the starter solenoid if the battery/ies are discharged.
