More of a thinking out loud query at the mo' however if I can throw this out there.
I have a 2.4 with the under slung air con rad.
I do not want to put the air con rad back underneath.
Question time
Do I fit a rad from a manual without the inbuilt oil cooler and put the air con rad in front ?
(as the manual rad is larger? and won't have the oil cooler restriction)
Any idea how much air the original electric rad fan throws (I have seen some on ebay that have a stated 1750 CFM 12v 80 watt).
Or
Do I ditch the viscous fan set up entirely and fit two electric fans at the rear of the rad and have them set up to run one on engine temp and the other when the air con starts?
I am sure I have seen pics/thread of this on here but can't find what I was looking for and can't remember whether they had ditched the air con?
Any pointers ?
