Fault Codes Again

May seem like a stupid Q, what indications would you expect from the check light if you had no faults. All I get is a steady slow flash with no sequence.
Engine cranks but no fuel at injectors so no start, was running fine yesterday but with erratic tacho.

If there are no faults stored; you get a single, regular, flash....
