Mines not got a 2.4, but it is still a Surf. It is currently showing nearly full on the guage. I know that means I have plenty of fuel to get me to where I need to go and back again.
Now a week ago, the guage was at the other end, and then the orange light came on. I knew that meant I had very little fuel left and would need to fill up if I wanted to come back from where I was going.
Simple.

It only took you a week to use a tankful? I think it's fecked mate, sell it and get a more economical 2.4.
On your 2.4's what do you guys roughly get to the gallon??
You are not allowed to ask that question or to care about mpg in any way shape or form after you have bought a Surf. If by some chance you did ask the question somewhere, prior to purchase and were told 22mpg, but you find that you actually get 8, that still doesnt give you an "in" to ask. I understand that popular wisdom is that anybody who feels the need to ask this question, suspends all rights to own a Surf.
