Help With Surf Tie Rods

So i'm replacing front end on my 89 surf LN130 and i got everything except tie rod setup. Now if i ordered 2 Inner and Outer Tie rods with sleeves from say NAPA for an 89 4Runner, would they work?

Need to know asap as i need to order today.

So if someone could help itd be much appreciated

As long as its for an IFS truck, it'll fit. Solid axle Surfs stopped in 86ish, same time as US pickups did.
