Unles you have the equipment to set up and test the injector and the spray pattern, then no good buying parts for them.

        ?

I see from the video that to swap these over to new nozzles is very easy just twist cap off and put new nozzle in and put cap on, I don't see how any adjustment that can be done to them on tip end as set up is in the back end?
Can you be more specific on this pattern /spray adjustment as it does not have any as the pattern is set by the nozzle type? not disagreeing just don't understand how to adjust / set them if required. cheers

you need to test the pressure the injector opens, what pressure it reaches the desired spray pattern.

There are a range of shims that alter the above. Its important cos if the injector opens to early, or drips, the excess fuel will melt your pistons. if the pressure to open is to much, or it dosn't have the correct spray pattern it won't burn properly and smoke badly.

Have no idea, could be different as fuel supply is slightly different.

Best of ringing someone like Diesel Bob and just buying known good recon ones for waht application you need, I get my injectors from him and have never had an issue.

LN130 injectors will be similar. LN6# are totally different. LN130 have the same injector body, but internal parts, although basically the same, are actually different part numbers because of the need to set up the injector to suit the two types of injector pumps. Things such as the spring and shims can be different. Always get injectors for whatever engine you have.
