LN130 is the type of truck, (89-93 2.4 diesel) 2LT/E is the engine type.

Trans code dosn't matter, all Surf autoboxes are the same, diff code if you need to replace a diff, G254 is 4.56 diffs, no rear LSD.

If you need bits from Toyota they need the Model and the Chassis numbers.

All anyone one else needs to know in is its an 90' EFI LN130. (90 was the change over year to EFI motors, 89-90 are non EFI pickup style headlights, 91 are flush headlight EFI engines, but 1990 trucks are usually old style headlights no wheel arches, but with EFI motors, but alot depends on how accurate the importer is when he registers it. So if ordering body parts people need to know if its a facelift model or not for front end bits)

It's actually a 4/'91 model according to the EPC when the model and frame number you quoted are used.

It will also be pre facelift model with recessed headlights. Is this what it has?

As Tony says, LN130 is the truck type. The next G means standard body width (i.e. no wheel arch extensions), the GK is on all of them, P is Auto, G is for standard body again, and T is for diesel. The absence of anything after that means that it is an SSR spec.
