new engine block?

after having a new head, rad, thermo, rad cap and lots of bleeding my surf is still overheating, the new head is away being tested so hopefully i have been supplied a duff one and can get a good one on guaranty. but i am preparing for the worst as i am told the engine block may be cracked or wharped, any prices or suppliers details would be handy ladies and gents tis a 2.4td 93 2lte.

The garage who are supplying my surf got a replacement engine as a complete unit. (the head was gone when it came off the boat)

It cost them around 900 quid. I'll find out the details for you.
