hi guys im well stumped just wondered if anyone has had the same fault,
the truck was running sweet till the diesel pump decided to go
so got a secondhand pump from a running truck which was scrapped due to head failure,
as the cambelt had to be removed i replaced it with a new one also changed the waterpump just coz
anyway put it all back together, made sure all the timing marks married up checked the tension put it all together and she fired after jumping for joy feeling good about it i gave her a rev, omg i wish i never touched it, it sounded like all the bits were touching inside so turned it off,
i thought maybe it wasnt timed properly so whipped it all apart again to double check, yeah all was fine?? so put it back checked to c if maybe it was the injectors no not that either
so this is where i am now 3 days later it seems to have power there but it aint great my head is saying its timing is out but all the marks line up
did a diagnostic test incase it was the crank sensor and i get no codes back
so was just wondering if im the only guy who has had this fault or maybe someone out has plz let me know
